Looking For Woman's Uniform

Hi Gang

My name is Michael Fraticelli - I'm an independent WWII filmmaker, been working on a WWII documentary.

Occasionally (when I can afford it), I'll stage a recreation.

Currently working on a scene that requires a female clerk, or technician. In the Tom Cruise version of Valkyrie, there are a few scenes that depict women as clerks/typists. Very handsome, simple white blouses with tie, and dark colored skirts.

In the scene I'm creating, this uniform would look great, and it won't be difficult to duplicate.

Do you guys know where I can view/download these styles of uniforms?

I've used the search engine and scanned quite a few photos, but couldn't find the right one.

This book covers the uniforms, you seem to be describing the uniform shown on page 6 but it is not clear.

watched the trailer, looks good, and I am sure you will mention that British and Commonwealth Forces (amongst others) were fighting and dieing in N.Africa from 1940, to make the Torch landings possible.

I was under the impression that women in the service didn't wear the cockade. A friend of mine recently picked up a Luftwaffe Helferinen Radio Operator and an M43 cap with short bill. It has the Luftwaffe eagle but not the cockade, as standard practice for the women. Can you further educate me on that point?

Thats correct - like stated in my post I have in the meantime replaced the wrong sidecap shown (its a male "Bahnschutz"-one) with the correct female-sidecap, without cokarde.
