I don't know much about this eagle, but it does seem to be marked on the back of the swaz with m1/8, though not with rzm logo.

I've tried to highlight it in red on the attached pic.

It's a very crudely maden eagle. There's a fake SS eagle with that same pattern. No details, nothing.

The back of the eagle is not what you expect to see no detail and the whole eagle lacks the sort of detail you would expect to see

That is exactly what Iam talking about. Note the details, the pin-construction, etc.
m1/8 is a wagner, very nice one by the way
the more common maker of that type of eagle is the:
RZM M1/111 maker "Gebruder Gloerfeld, Ludenscheid",
