Hello, putting this up for a friend he wants to know if its original, i know it looks really clean because he went over the edge with some cleaner, let me know what you guys think,

My thoughts are someone could use some hand cream and based on the photos I suspect the ring is post War. Seems to have a political eagle, a LW eagle and a totenkopf? What is the mark.

Can you tell if there was a back plate that has broken off. There are original "cheesy" rings like this but most are biker rings etc. I am not an expert but I would think it is post War. "Gaspare" is the guy to ask.
