The single board looks yellow, so a major in the signals. The pair are not military, IMO, but are civil police or something of that type. Cant tell if original from those photos, but probably are, IMO.

The single looks to be a Heer Signals Major.

The set appear to be a set for a Reichs Finance Ministry Lt(Customs), missing the cyphers.
