Agree with the earlier post, Luftwaffe tropical shirt, looks very similar/same as the example pictured on p87 of Kurtz's book. Without better pics, I can't say that it is certainly TR period, but I think it looks good so far, IMO.

Would agree, not a German WWII design, if genuine, it is foreign.
