your opinions on an M40 blouse

Sorry, I can't stick the potos of the blouse for your easy reference since I am not the association member in WAF. But I'd like to ask your comments on it --#132340 Feldbluse M 40 für einen Oberfeldwebel des Panzerjager-Bataillon "Grossdeutschland", updated last Friday in www.weitze.net

    My question is:

1.The cufftitle, tank destroyer badge, breast eagle are re-applied to the blouse postwar or war-time done?

2.The shoulderstap is sewn-in, not slip-on for easy carry, which is a bit different from the blouse in text book example or in historic pictures from the battle. is it OK for trained collectors?

3.the cufftitle is as said the 3nd verison issued for the division ca. in the middle of 1944, is it possible to appear to be sewn on the blouse of M40?

PS: the Weitze webshop has beautiful big pictures for each item, it is very good for collectors for researching, but it seems they are the picture in mirror, which can't be saved to PC (formerly it can be done), so how to save the big pictures? We must pay annual fee for achieve, then we can save the pictures? please indicate.

    many thanks for any comments

Hello, it's hard to say. But I would pass on it. We all know Weitze's reputation with uniforms...

Some things I certainly not like is the tress on the collar that is diffirent with the tress on the sewn-in shoulderboards and the TDB doenst look like it has been there sinds 1945... more likely 2009...

    Just my two cent's...

Exactly, there is no doubt that most, if not all, is post war restored. If you want that, no problem. This goes for the majority of his uniforms. Good dealer though if you know what your looking for (and are willing to pay some more).
