Anyone who would reenact in a period WW2 uniform is a true idiot. They issue items were not of the top quality, even back then. I would not think that any period uniforms would last a single event without being destroyed.

I do not think he was reenacting, they just had him model the tunic for the Ebay sale. Looks like a real interesting assortment of items.
