Very tough sleeveband to find. There were various Stabswache (each group had one detachment) for guard duty for the upper echelon officers. The personal bodyguard unit for Röhm wore this sleeveband. I don't know how large the unit was, but it could not have been a large group. Is there any designation in the party book listing the man as a member of the Stabschef's guard?
