Propaganda Shoulder Boards?

Greetings All,

I purchased a lot of Infantry shoulder boards a while back. Today I pulled them out to look at them and noticed that about half of them look to be light grey in color and not just dirty white. My scans are not really that great but I will post them any way. I will take some photos in a little bit.

Where can I get info on Propaganda units? The numbers on these seem awfully high. Thanks.

Hello Fred, these are Infantry in my opinion. Propaganda is mushroom grey.
