Cap or tunic eagle

Hi, can anybody help identify this eagle, also i would like opinions on if it is original or not and a rough value? Thanks in advance .

I believe that is an eagle for the KM pith helmet, as for originality I can't say. If it had loops on the back side it would definately be a repro, but this one has prongs. But I am leaning towards it being a repro due to the swastika slightly out of kilter and not as crisp as the one pictured in Halcomb&Saris book Headgear of Hitlers Germany Vol.1 also the head is different
