    Jebirgs windjacket italian camo

Hello everyone, I would ask yourself the following question:
This windbreaker with Italian camouflage was used only by SS units Handschar and Prinz Eugen in the Balkans?
It 'possible that this jacket was also used by other departments in the mountain country of Italy?

    ...

I have to tell you honestly, that this jacket is a 1/6 model jacket. So it wasn't used by anybody!

On the otherhand I haven't seen a worn original jacket in this camo material at all. As I've seen the Handschar guys, they mostly wore the laced smocks in some plane tree type print. Just my 2 cents.

        Hello,

I have seen many photographs of German soldiers wearing garments made from the Italian camouflage fabric, but never have I seen a Windjacke in this pattern that I believe to be original.

I would agree. Wind jackets were a pre to early war garment. Much earlier than Italian camo...
