As a start the cuff tress has been reapplied and moved down the cuff by 1 1/2 inches or so. I would venture to guess that this tunic has had some or all of the insignia reapplied of replaced.

Hi Steve,
I have first thougt the same but the machine sewed "Headline" of the eagle is accuretely the same as the other lines from tunic. The used tread from handsewn lines is accuretely the same tread as the tailer used for the rest of tunic. KR Martin

Perhaps it is the light, but the litzen appear to be Kavallerie yellow and the shoulder straps have Nachrichten Waffenfarbe.

I'm not to fond of the insignia-sewing job, but I like the tunic.
