Hi Karol, I didn't see them in Ciney, but not original IMO, I don't like the blue NCO tress. Sorry.

They dont look right to me, the tress is very weird, compared to my ones. The fabric is also very different to my tropical ones, which are lined with feldgrau. Hope this helps. I might be new to the forum, but I've been collecting for many years.

Blue tropical Kriegsmarine NCO tresse is not a fantasy and was used during the war,
but if these are correct I do not know... (musicians branch) ! KM-Spain (post 3) does know Kriegsmarine!
Some had trouble with the link.... so I'm re-posting the image here:

The tresse on these boards is for a maat and I believe maat and obermaat boards had embroidered insignia and metal was for unterfeldwebel and up

My continental ones have officers artillery devices (gold coloured and without the anchor), on a senior nco's boards, which is I think not that uncommon. You see it on army nco's boards quite often. The navy tress, whether continental or tropical, usually/always has the lines running along its length, not across or herring bone, though I could be wrong.
Blue tropical tress does exist, but the ones I have seen are the same as continental, just a different colour. They could be theater made, but where is another matter beyond my knowledge.
