The tunic itself looks like it COULD be OK. The photos are of very poor quality. I cannot speak about the insignia, as the photos are not good enough to even speculate on. Please post clear close ups of the insignia in a natural light.

I agree, the photos are way to blurry. Judgeing from the gleam of the eagle it could be ok and the tabs as well. But better pic are needed

I had my doubts until I saw the inside, it looks way too clean in my opinion, but it could have had good storage, better pics will definitely be needed.
