would appreciate some opinions on this cufftitle. It is machine sewn on a sort of moleskin/camelhair type material, Is it is legit version?

It doesn't match any of the examples shown on pg 122 of the book "German Military Cuffbands" by Williamson and McGuirl. I'd use caution on this one.
