post your tunics of 2009

My first (and so far, only...) tunic, since I started rebuilding my collection. A Cavalry Hauptmann service tunic. I'm very pleased to have it, and I hope to get a Cavalry Visor to accompany it, when I can find one in decent shape....

The visor in the photos did not come with it...

Also, if anyone has a source for a jacket form that I can display this on, I'd be grateful for that information.

I bought three tunics this year.

1* M43 HBT gebirgsjäger, with driver badge. A true combat tunic, with a lot of dirt and blood stains on it.

2* M36 Gebirgsjäger 'Der Spiess' with original mounted Narvik shield. Tunic is in near mint condition

3* M36 Gebirgsjäger leutnant with original mounted Narvik shield. This tunic is very nice because it was a wartime upgrade. If you look closely to the collar you can still see the shadow of the NCO tress that was removed. On the back you can see the EM/NCO collartabs were removed and the officers ones were replaced....just an amanzig combat tunic!!!

Excellent tunics guys! I didn't managed to pick any tunics up this year (except for a few US tunics). I especially like the Generalstab Waffenrock.
