Nelp needed with Breasteagle GENERAL ?

That is a nice eagle, but i believe it is for the Kriegsmarine.

I would lean towards Coast Artillery rather than Heer general officer, based on the quality of the eagle. It is rather common for any gold bullion on green eagle to be called an army general. It's usually CA when buying, and army general when selling.
