Luft Officer - Artillery Shoulder Board?

I have been trying to identify this single shoulder board...
I had originally thought perhaps it was Luft but now I'm not sure.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

If the branch color is red as it appears to be, the board is for a Luftwaffe Oberfeldwebel official of the Allgemeiner Verwaltungsdienst (General Administrative Service), Bauverwaltungdienst or Bautechnischer Verwaltungsdienst (Construction Administrative Service), Landwirtschaftsdienst (Agricultural Service), Vermessungsdienst (Surveying Service), maschinentechnischer Dienst (Machine Service), or elektrotechnischer Dienst (Technical Electric Service).

It is a very nice sew in converted to slip in board too. It has a lot of character. I like it a lot. It is also a Medium Career level too.
