Closet fresh hbt drillich

Well, this showed up today after sitting in a trunk for 65 years.. I am wondering what branch would have used this style. The jacket had no buttons on the pockets, and an open collar. Size stamps are barely visible. ? 30, 103, 37 ? Please ignore the buttons and horrible clips/rings.
The jacket shows very little wear. Any input would be great.

Its a 5 button front I might add and no buttons on sleeve ends. The back has no opening either...The stamping look WW2 German. Any opinions?

There is another stamping that i will photograph tomorrow..I think its a rbn #
