I have a question , I would like to know if someone has or knows some info about the Brown piping caps or uniforms for Engineers before 1936, (( Not talking about the light brown for signals pre 1936 , light brown for construction 1940 or the cooper brown for recon ))) thanks.

FRED , THANKS FOR YOUR HELP BUT I COULD NOT FIND CONCRETE EVIDENCE OF BROWN WAFFENFARDE BEEN USED BY ENGINEER UNITS IN ITS VISOR CAPS OR UNIFORMS BEFORE 1936 .

Brown was used by Aviation units directly after WWI and then signals starting in 1921 used light brown. If you have a specific item you are trying to figure out it makes it much easier to know what it is and to see it in order to help you.
