Help with Panzer shoulder boards.

I need some help with these. My gut feeling is that they are period, but the construction is not familiar to me. There are no sawn buttonholes and it is stiffened with cardboard. Sorry about the poor photos.

They tried to imitate a pair of private purchase boards , but they are just a pair of repro/fake IMHO , poor quality as well .
Do a search on "private purchase /taylor made straps " and you will see some really nice example .
