Breast eagle and M-43 trapeiod insignia

Hello there, I got this breast eagle and M-43 cap trapeiod insignia directly from a WW2 US Army vet who used to work with me over 20 years ago. Those emblems are removed from German Army tunic and M-43 cap. They came in misshapened. I put some heavy books to keep them flat. Now they are still flat after more than 20 years ago. I wants those German Army insignias to be authenicated. Heres some pictures to follow. Thanks!
