Tailor made officer coat. A good one IMO. I think that the shoulder boards
are resewn.

Original coat, boards are always hard to tell unless terrible. Is there a tag with a name or town? Most the names of the people in that rank for that unit appear to be known, if you have a match and an original tag then you will have an answer and maybe a really nice named coat.

Just my opinion,... the green collar looks funny - no crisp edging around the neck, and the lapel edges look puffy.

If the devices on the boards are original to the boards and the boards are original to the coat, then IMO it is worth that or perhaps more than that. I would personally want to be comfortable in knowing those things are original to the coat etc. before buying it.

I agree about the collar , kind of crapy for a private purchase . The boards appear to be reapplied and the buttons holding them , are the wrong one .
even with all that , it is still a reasonable price , but I would not pay more than that .
Is there a label inside ?

I think the collar probably was replaced but most likely period repaired. I have seen this before. Not as well made as a tailor job but original.
