Yes, for his rank he must have been adding them since his service under von Bülow in Waterloo. You can post more images, I suspect the tunic has replaced insignia and enhanced award loops.

I like the awards loops , original to the tunic IMHO , they are what I would want to see on a tunic . Can't comment on the insignias being original to the tunic or not , since we don't have close up and the tunic is not in my hands , but they look OK from were I am viewing them .
