    Salty jacket..

    Kan somone help me with this one??

    I'm quite conwinsed it is german..

    It was found an old house in Narvik Norway

    The color is wery fainted on it, but it can lock like it has ben light green sometime?

              Possible that it was used by a German NCO/Off , but it was not issued , most likely a private purchase .

                    Well it sure looks German. It is salty indeed, but I don't believe it was green at one time. I believe the original colour was white which can be correct in the snowy landscape of Norway in winter

                        IMO That is Trikot, high quality uniform wool. Probably a very expensive private purchase coat. I would suspect for a higher ranking officer. A Private purchase Windbluse.

                          Hello, I have one jacket also like yours, and yes I also think German but can also be russian and put on german buttons, but for sure used by the Germans, I found mine with trousers, they look like Russian but with a German name sewn inside the linning.
