Looks like a decent wrap, probably shortened by the original owner. Tabs look like they could be original to it, boards...not much you can discern with slip-on's other than they look like original boards. Can't quite tell if the bridles are for officer or EM. There is however, a button for a shooting lanyard or parade aigulette. Breast eagle most likely re-applied...no big deal. Not the greatest award loops, but what can you say. Looks like a nice original piece, with no glaring flaws.
