Hello,
In my opinion, the tunic itself is not Luftwaffe. The tress is certainly not Wehrmacht, nor is the piping to the collar. I would pass.

Those collar tabs are non regulation to say the least. I've never seen a pair of Luftwaffe collar tabs shaped like those. I've also never seen that style of tress. Those two issues alone are enough to kill it for me.

Looks like somebody has been busy with materials, needle and thread, and a sewing machine...very creative...but no cigar.
