I believe your tunic is OT. Here is a link showing a tunic like yours but with all insignia. I think yours may be a later style with out the draw strings at the waist. Anyone else?

I meant to say "it look(s) like a OT jacket". I was in a rush when I was typing. Also to answer your question, I believe your tunic is origional but I would like to see better pictures, i.e. a full front & back shot and any markings in the lining.
