hey guys!


i have a question about the collar-tabs of a stug-tunic!

i just saw a jacket without "special" tabs. there was just a red cord marking the tabs, no skulls! is that correct? is there any period direction about that?

Russia braid (soutache piping) tabs (late) sewn direct to the collar in the shape of a collar tab. Not sure if I care for the braid on the one you posted.

If it was PINK piping on a field grey wrap would that indicate Panzer or Panzerjaeger?

I can't say about this tab without better photos, but this type of red piped tab was OFTEN worn without skulls or litzen of any time during the mid war years.
