Actually i'm not a cloth collector but when i saw this one i got intriged.
Could someone give more information about this patch?

What unit / troop did wear this?
Is it genuine?

I did a little research too and i came to the same unit, 122 ID.
The patch was presented with some documents of a soldier that served in IR / GR 410 which was part of the 122 ID. Since there is also a '57 ribbon bar shown i think this patch is post war. IMO it was made for a veteran Treffen of that division. The sewing looks too modern.
But like i already said i'm not really a cloth collector, i can only compare with the wartime cloths i did see.
