I dont know why, but the places of the insignias looks to good for me. Maybe its an original WH Tunic messed up with something but i will dont have it in my collection.

i think the armeagle and rune bagde was glued.is it possible?what do you think about the backside from the collar?

The material used for the underside of the collar is not out of the ordinary in my opinion, often tailors would use different sorts of material for this construction detail. It looks like an original garment to me, whatever it is.
