Is it the right place for the cufftitle? I think it is a bit low.

It looks nice but I don't understand why the french cuffs seem to stop at the vertical sewing (post #8). And I'm not aware about cuff titles, but isn't it an EM/NCO's pattern ?

All insignia added, I believe, and the cufftitle (although there are real titles using a very similar lettering style) does not appear correct to me. Also, it is an enlisted title, which is a bit unusual on an officer jacket.

Position of the cufftitle is unusual but possible. EM type unusual but possible. But I'm no fan of the lettering.
It looks like the tunic has fake french cuffs on the front of the sleeve and nothing on the back. Don't recall having seen that before, but the tunic looks OK though. Rest of the insignia looks good too, but might be added, as Leroy suggests.
