The first is an NSDAP Political leaders' button for the tunic, overcoat, or brownshirt, depending on the size. The second I've seen before but can't remember exactly what it was in reference to.

Once I owned such a button (10-12mm).
I have been told it was a fake one, no backmarks, that is impossible during ww2...
