Need A Name tag Deciphered

Not particularly diffficult, but I want ot be sure before I start to research this gent's uniform: I think it's "Dr. Morsheuser". Any other interpretations?

I believe it to be Hans Morsheuser from Aschaffenburg.

The author of this article about wine growing published in 1935:

Hi All -

Cloudy today so the lighting isn't great, but here's a few shots of the Morsheuser Waffenrock. He was an Oberarzt dR. The eagle is replaced, and there is a small L-shaped repair on the left breast, but otherwise it's quite nice.

I'll take a closer look tonight - the right hand board has the screw-in button, so it's easy to lift.

I have seen some really nice tailor jobs done with weird fabrics to create the grey board under factory made. Nice tunic. Medical and Reserve in general are both underappreciated IMO.
