i agree with you guys, I remember about 7 years ago nobody wanted flak ensembles, i turned down a full flak officers pants, tunic and visor for 900 e, iam kicking myself now.

I agree, and do not think Artillery tunics are not desiable. I imagine if I sewed a GD cufftitle on there and boards and aged it I would not have any problems selling it to someone living in Belgium.

Dion that is a great tunic. I think Artillerie items have become more collectible in recent years as prices for harder to find branches have skyrocketed. Lots of Artillerie soldiers found themselves in the foremost lines during the war, I remember reading that at some point close combat training became mandatory for Artillerie troops.

it is sort of funny, when I first got back into third reich in germany i ran into arty tunics and really fgot excited. the other sellers i knew at the time in my area did not understand why. I was viewing it from a non seller/collector view and thought always "wow, artillery, action packed etc" I did buy the arty tunic and sat on it for like 1 year not understanding why it did not go

as said though, i have been recieving emails every once in awhile requesting arty tunics due to the fact that they are resonably priced compared to more exotic tunics.

if you took a cat box full of cat turds and wrote grossdeutschland on it someone would buy it anything GD is desirable, i only find one thing more desirable then that is regiment list.

I think in order to stay sane!! in this hobby, we need to get pleasure with honest and simple untouched items. I love named tunic from any branch. I love the hunt for the soldiers information.
I would buy named arty tunic at any time
