Here's a dumb one- does anyone have an idea what the official German term was for the cuff bars on the Waffenrock?

I am referring to the "bars" in the waffenfarbe color on Waffenrocks with the buttons on them at the base of the dark green badgecloth cuffs, if that helps you any... I that what Armelpatten is (are)?
