    mackadoo,
It's a Reichsministerium fur die besetzten Ostgebiete (RMBO) sleeve eagle and appears to be original......the eagles turn up occassionally, usually run in the $100.00/125.00 price range.

            Eagles

wow, fantastic, thanks.... while we're on eagles... I got two others that came with this one. Ive tried to research them, but there are lots of different types that I've come across....What do ya think?

The eagle on the top Swastika is some sort of metal wire???

I'm not into Lufty items so I can't comment on its authenticity, but that is the higher-quality hand-woven bullion wire used for NCO / Officer items vs the machine embroidered below it for the junior soldats.

it looks like they came from the same scrapbook (green paper to reverse) nice embroidered bird on the bottom perhaps John,Gene,or Willi can help you with the bullion bird
Give a man an opinion and you feed him for a day,
teach a man to use the "search" function on the WAF and you feed him for a lifetime.

they did all come from the same book, well felt covered poster board anyway...........out of the three, i thought that the bullion one was the only real one. I dont know much about these eagles either.
