          The tropical straps in post 1 look like Heer transport piped greatcoat straps. Very nice and a rarer color.

            Are they later ones? The material looks similar to M43-tunices, just in brown.

              Hi, it's really not brown, you can set these next to an rad tunic, and see a difference, I would say "brown toned". those are nice!
              I have a similar pair that were dismissed on this forum, as humped up m43 straps that were finished with trop tresse.

              The luft straps appear as "mid weight" fabric, not the very thin shirt material. I've heard some dealers say they could wear this type with the shirt or tunic.
