    Early underwear

I know the Wehrmacht used this white type of underwear early wars (later also came the shirts with collar) But is this specific shirt a good one?

The buttons are made of a thin sort of metal (lead?Zinc?) with a cardboard backing and are (well I should say: were) coverred with cloth. It's not as rough woven as Tricot, more like cotton.

If more photos could help, let me know.

last photo is from the tag in the neck, it says on the other side: Ideal

    best wishes, Michiel
