I agree, too 'modern' looking, in all respects. It looks like the same metal and finish as the latvian IC repros.
I waited quite a while before I found one I was sure about (matching known originals etc.) It's not Assman, it's unmarked, here it is just for fun.

by the way, there has been some good threads about repro summer luft eagles in the past. Do a search on this forum and you'll learn alot (and it'll make you more paranoid than ever!)

Yes,unfortunately I think your eagle is a fake one.
Everything is wrong..
Modern metal,wrong hinge and catch..
