      what do you mean??
this soldier got all NCO ranks with the addiction of pins and then, when ready to turn to officer, takes out all its pins and place this straps???

      anybody knows how it works???

        Hello Pep,
        Fred is right
these two loops indicate an Officer Aspirant (Officer cadet).
any NCO from Unteroffizier could be Officer cadet

Regulations required one be worn on each board.

I do not understand your questions and while it may be a language limitation you are coming off as being rude. Find a basic reference book and it will answer your questions whatever they are.

                    Greetings pep,

The regulations called for 1 loop of tress to be worn on each shoulder strap for the unteroffizierantwarter. I have seen,as in this thread, that 2 were also worn. I have never seen a regulation for the loop of 2 but I have seen them in hand . I hope this helps.
