Range finder of the Flak Artillery Tunic

Well now that i´ve just discovered that i have a Tunic of Range finder of the Flak Artillery, I will be very greatfull if you could please tell me if this tunic is rare o not(the tunic have the FLAK Range Finder sleeve badge,iron cross ribbon,Luftwaffe eagle 1st model,you know that eagle that have the feathers on the tail turned down not up as ussual........there are the Unteroffizier patches too).

Soo it´s rare?
