They aren't Third Reich.

They are either very poor reproductions of Wehrmacht Officer Collar Tabs or maybe E. German.

Yea - background color is wrong and the row of braid around the border is not 3rd Reich.

I didn't think they were third reich...or at least military. The green background color is very close to the imperial bluses I have, but both construction and the use of aluminum ruled them out as imperial era.
