To me, one could only say with 100% certainty that the tabs were either original or fake if you could see the back of them. Personally, I wouldn't sweat it either way. The piece is as it is. The question I have is, would you change anything about the blouse either way?

As it is said by juvatwad, try to post a clear and detailed view of the back of the collar, where is sewn the tab.
