The sleeve patch is for the DRK German Red Cross. It has the name of the town at the bottom of the patch.
I am not sure about the tunic. I have never studied the WWII German Red Cross items in detail.

The jacket looks like it is Finnish or something?

The patch is unrelated to the coat and belongs on the RIGHT sleeve of a German DRK uniform, which this one is not I'm afraid...
Do a search on DRK and you'll see what those look like.

Not even Finnish, f.ex. breast pockets are too big...

This is some sort of postWar civil tunic, maybe Austrian. IMO it is not WWII.

The buttuns are brown pebbled types with "JFS" and 1942 on the back. They are all sewn on with the same cotton and the lanyard has been there forever. I've posted a few more photo's, someone must know what it is?.

If the buttons are war dated these are recycled for post war use (and post war repainted gold?). Based on the interior of the coat, its appears to be an early West German piece and probably related to somekind of civil defence service... The red cross eagle patch is WW2 German red cross and belongs always on the right sleeve. I'm certain its been added to "date" this coat to something it is not. The city is in Bavaria and the patch is worth $80-$120 spread.
That's where I see the only value I'm afraid... but you could re-post this or link it to the Police and civilian section for more opinions !

Is it possible to get pics without flash and in daylight?

Then it is more easier to say if it is be a LSHD-wool tunic or something else.
