Another couple of eagles

so far so good-three out of three good at the moment. Don,t think this will last but fingers crossed.
Here are the next couple of eagles I have. Same question, are they OK and if so what are they?

I believe they are both reproduction eagles. The bottom one for sure. I have no idea what the top one is but I don't like it.

Here is a better shot of the top eagle. Something about this one that makes me feel it might be ok. Had a quick look through a couple of books and came across a picture of a cap with what looks like a similar style. I am the first to admit I know nothing about cloth so I am very possibly wrong
