    Hope this helps a bit
I know someone who owns one. A complete uniform. He is at the SOS now, but I wrote him to ask his permission to post some images. It will blow your mind.

A uniform for a Reichkriegsgerichtsrat? Yah that would blow me away. Looking forward to seeing that. Thanks Paul

I'm almost positive that Bill Shea owns a tunic and breeches for this rank...

Great input so far! While we wait for those pictures, can anyone tell me what the uniform of an "official for the duration of the war in the rank of a General" (what a title, in German this would have been three words ) would have looked like. I've seen the visor with the gold piping and grey cap band, what about the tunic and the insignia?

There is no insignia for a general as a Beamte a. K. To my knowledge all generals were regular HV officials.

OK, I guess it's no problem to directly "quote" an image from a book, giving the entire bibliographical information.

This is the visor I am refering to, it is pictured in Volume I of Pat Moran & Jon Maguire, German Headgear in World War II, Army, Luftwaffe & Kriegsmarine, A Photographic Study of German Hats and Helmets, Schiffer : 1997.:

A little off topic, but here is a Diplomatic Corps Judicial General (I have the pair):

I am still awaiting the reply from Bill. I know that he must be busy after his return from the SOS. I will call him tomorrow.

                              Tom, those boards are stunning!!

                                Hi Kurt.

Beamte a. K. would wear a regular Heer visor with a Dark green waffenfarbe which it has, also the eagle and wreath should be silver in color for HV.. Interesting visor, as I have never had one in hand do those grey bands come off without major alteration?.

                                Thomas

Sweet boards. Whats the difference between a Generalrichter and a Beamte Judicial General? The only colors that I am aware of for generals was red for HV, bBordeaux for Richter, and light blue for TSD. And to my knowledge non of the Carmine careers had anything to do with the Courts (sic)

Here is what I have for the carmine careers:

All permanent officials of the High Command<O</O
                                All education officials<O</O
                                Army surveyors<O</O
                                Army librarians<O</O
                                Army archivists<O</O
Army officials of the War Research institute<O</O
                                Army museum officials<O</O
                                Army meteorologists<O</O
                                Army sports instructor officials<O</O
Record officials attached to various commands<O</O
                                Army psychiatrists<O</O

Could those be a faded pair of red?
