How accurate is the scan coloring?
Actually, they look like Reichs Arbeits Dienst to me, but cannot be sure of the colors from the scans--
Black "v"s in the border, medium brown inners, on plushy black underlay? if so, then they would be RAD Unterfeldmeister, a warrant officer rank the boards for which unfortunately are identical in design (but not color) to the junior-most rank of Police sergeant. The RAD rank did NOT use pips, so if those are Labor Corps, somebody's jammed those in "upgrading."
If the underlay is black but NOT plushy, but plain cloth like all other boards, then these COULD be Police veterinary personnel, slightly lighter brown inners than RAD, for the very correct rank 2 pips rank of Hauptwachtmeister.Comment

Actually, the underlay is orange with a dark brown center and has silver edging with brown thread "Vs" woven within. The silver thread is aluminum, I think. Does that make sense?Comment

Hi, they are fairly common. I would estimate they would sell for around $25? This is a guess, as Police stuff is not really my field. I only have a few Police items.
