    Tan, blue and green. Also worn in basic training and unit level training.

    My father recalls wearing these in 1942 while attending Fliegerschule.

    He especially remembers being made to crawl in the grass and then having to clean them with a tooth brush until the grass stains were gone!

      I have a number of photos of FJs wearing these sets during training with normal marching boots, FJ helmets and field gear over them.

      Here is a set. Earlier trousers and a '42 dated tunic. The tunic is rare in this case because it has an eagle on the same backing and is set up for shoulder straps.

          I just noticed the trousers have these markings in them as well as a maker, size and LBA.

          I guess I need to look at my own collection more frequently!
