    Kriegsmarine "tie"

    Hello!
Please some help: I have just traded in this sailors' "tie" (I'm sorry but I do not know the correct name) in a small nice KM lot. This is something absolutely out of my area of knowledge, and would like to know if OK first, and then, if possible (even via PM if you prefer) a suggestion about a fair quotation. Many, many thanks in advance!
    Sincerely,
    Daniele

most of the time the sailor had put some newspaper in the scarf before folding it.So the tie was more stif.

Hello Danny, thanks for your comment.
Yes, if I understand correctly, that's exactly the case.. The scarf (uh..maybe I wrongly called it "tie"..sorry!) is very stiff , thick and hard. No idea what's inside, but that's quite heavy.
Is it really Kriegsmarine? I guess the blue stripe and the white bow should make it a bit easier to be identified... at least hope so!

Just checked the Knot: looks like a heavy carton has been carefully shaped and folded in it.

Also, here are images of the small lot (sewing kit + some uniform replacement parts) I got all together: maybe this will help to confirm the knot to be KM?
Thanks again for any further indication.
